| The following policies are
observed for any cancellations, rescheduling or
missed appointments:
Each appointment is arranged in advance.
Please be on time for your appointment. If
you are late for your appointment, it will
shorten the length of your session. I
cannot extend your session because I need to
prepare for the next appointment.
If you have to change or cancel the appointment,
please give me at least 48 hours' advanced
notice. Then I will reschedule a new time
for you. If it is a cancellation, a refund
for the full amount paid for will be processed
accordingly.
If the advanced notice is not received, I cannot
use your scheduled time for another client.
In that case, the fee must be paid for that
scheduled session.
